After graduating from the Hotel Management Institute in India in 1999, Parmender worked for over 15 years in world’s top hospitality companies like Sheraton Hotels, Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, Hyatt Hotels & Red Lobster restaurant in various roles from Server to Manager. The hospitality experience gave Parmender skills to interact with customers and understand their unique requirements. As they say in the Hotel Industry to “Put yourself in guest’s shoes.” Parmender strongly believes in providing excellent customer service. Parmender holds a master’s in business administration from Johnson & Wales University. Parmender has a level 2 license from Alberta & LLQP Life License since 2014. These qualifications have helped over a thousand clients manage their insurance requirements.
